DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars and plan to attend this fun and informative event.  Small or large landowners\, new to the woods or “well seasoned”\, there is something for everyone.  Enjoy a day in the woods with friends\, new and old.  Learn about the latest in forest improvement activities\, innovations and practices.  See first-hand some of the projects the University of Idaho forestry department is performing research on. \nThe event opens at 8:00 AM and presentations run each hour starting at 9:00 AM.  Topics such as forest health\, fire risk reduction\, forestry tools & technology\, noxious weeds and forest certification are included.  Various woodland organizations\, forestry consultants and industry representatives will have booths and information on hand as well.
